Project location :   Eccentric Butterfly Valve for Chile Hydraulic Engineering Project

This project involves a major hydraulic hub facility for a client in Chile, utilizing our company's large eccentric butterfly valve diameter butterfly valves as the core control components for the main pipelines. These valves are responsible for flow regulation, emergency shut-off, and system isolation within the large-diameter water transmission lines, thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of the entire hydraulic system.

Product Advantages

We supplied the client with DN2000 large-diameter butterfly valves featuring heavy-duty ductile iron bodies and corrosion-resistant epoxy coatings, making them ideally suited for long-term operation in harsh hydraulic environments. Equipped with a reliable turbine-gear actuator, the valves effectively address the challenge of high opening and closing torque typically associated with ultra-large diameter valves, ensuring effortless operation and convenient maintenance. Furthermore, the valves boast exceptional sealing performance—achieving zero leakage even under high-pressure conditions—and feature a compact structure that fits seamlessly within the installation space constraints of large-scale pipeline projects.

Project Outcomes

Following installation and commissioning, the valves have successfully delivered precise flow control within the main pipelines, effectively enhancing the regulatory efficiency of the hydraulic system while minimizing the scope and cost of water shut-offs required for maintenance. Their stable performance and extended service life have garnered high acclaim from the project client, establishing them as a reliable guarantee for the safe and secure operation of the hydraulic engineering facility.
